🍋 LEMON CAKE

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 cups of flour

STEPS

First, put the eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix them.

Second, add the milk, oil and lemon juice and stir the mixture.

Next, add the baking powder, vanilla extract, flour and mix again.

Then, grease the cake pan with some oil and pour the mixture into it.

After that, bake it for 45 minutes.

Finally, slice it and serve warm. Enjoy your cake!
