Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time (if recurring subscriptions are available). Cancellation does not affect Premium access that has already been purchased. Your Premium Membership remains active until its expiration date.
Because Premium Membership grants instant access to digital educational content, refunds are generally not available once access has been activated. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional situations and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
If a verified technical issue prevents access to your Premium Membership after a successful payment, our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the problem cannot be resolved, an appropriate solution, including a possible refund where required by law, will be considered.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws. Users retain all legal rights provided by the legislation of their country of residence.
